Rebate misleading

"I was under the impression that the rebate was an instant rebate because it was not clearly specified. It was not until I saw the charge on my statement that I realized I was charged $120 more than I had expected. I have not received any reminders from lens.com that tell me I'm eligible for a mail-in rebate. Two weeks after I placed the order I am still not able to complete the rebate paperwork because your rebate center says I need to wait 14 days after shipment date. I wonder how many people forget to fill out the rebate form or give up before they complete the process. Also, 10 weeks to wait for reimbursement is too long. I will probably order elsewhere next time."

Confusion and delay

"My daughter's Rx is on file and I placed an order in July for contacts. I was notified that the lenses were out of stock and would ship approximately 2 weeks later. In the interim, the card I used to place the order was compromised and was notified I had to call with a new card for payment. So the woman I spoke with told me she had to cancel the original order and place the order again. The next day I was notified that the order was canceled because the Rx expired...however, when the original order was placed the Rx was still valid. It just seems that there was a lot of runaround for the fact that they didn't have stock of the lenses to begin with. I still have yet to receive lenses...so I don't want to comment any further. This is the first time I've really had an issue with Lens.com and it could be due to the extenuating circumstances."

Fast affordable

"We only needed one box of contacts and most places were making us buy two. Lens. Com was great! Were able to get one box and it shipped super fast. Much better rate and experience than other online contact services we have used before. Five stars!"

3 months Plus never recived 100.00 rebate asked several times

"Waited over 3 months no 100.00 rebate I have been waiting for my $100.00 rebate since 5/26/2021. The rebate was promised  to arrive 7/30/2021 and never arrived. You also charged me for the free shipping and credited my account.. When am I going to receive my rebate. Your company is awful. Can you just put the credit on my discover card for all of these inconveniences or send the rebate via fed express so I actually received what you promised me? Please contact me ASAP if you what me and my fri9ends and family to ever use your company again.. I contacted your company several times by phone and now through e-mail and never received my 100.00 rebate,  "

Rebate never received

"My rebate was approved morethan 12 weeks now but never received any rebate payment.
Called them and also use live chat but they can not give me any information on what happened to my rebate. So disappointed!
Update: The folllowing day of my review.
Someone left a voicemail that I will receive my rebate in 2 weeks. Today I received it in the mail.

HIDDEN FEES and Dishonest business practices

"Watch out? These scammers lure you in with a good price only to turn around and screw you with a processing fee that is not shown to you. When calling to inquire, I get the run around then hung up on.. Here's where it get better.. THEY SENT THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION..

seriously, it's cheaper to get the lenses through your optometrist. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.. even if you call 1800contacts they will price match the lenses without hidden fees..

"Hidden fees" got me, but won't happen again!

"I was a first time customer searching web for contacts. Super good price grabbed my attention.
So I ordered, of course in a hurry, and hit the final button on purchase. When I went back later, I realized there was a PROCESSING FEE OF $12.59 on two boxes of contacs. Ridiculous!!
I'm warning others who think this company offers good prices to double check the final line on bill.

I did rate 2 stars because the product came quickly. BUT I WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN
