"The Lens.com website clearly states that rebates are given for certain products when orders are shipped. I received no order form for the rebate I was entitled which is based upon on their advertising and terms and conditions displayed on their website. I called to find out how to submit the rebate and was told I was not entitled to one because I apparently already received a discount on the price of the contacts; an advertised price. It seems their advertised pricing is discounted so rebates do not seem possible, yet Lens.com clearly advertises these rebates. The customer service representative then blamed me for not calling in before ordering the contacts and looked for excuses to explain away their deceptive practices. The representative became rude when I indicated this was false advertising. I will be filing a complaint. Lens.com does not deserve your business, with so many choices, go elsewhere."

"My experience was awful, and the customer service I received was worse than poor.
My lenses were delivered on JANUARY 20th, SEVEN weeks after I purchased them on December 3rd.
I started calling into customer service after receiving over TEN (10) emails stating:
"There is nothing wrong with your Lens.com order... You do not need to take any action. Our supplier informed us there will be a slight delay in sending us your contact lenses. We are doing everything we can to expedite your order."
In JANUARY I was first told:
"Our new system won't fulfill an order until all boxes have arrived. We have 4 boxes in stock but since you ordered 8 we're waiting on the others to arrive."
I explained that I was out of lenses and couldn't wait MONTHS to receive my order. The Rep promised me she would send out two boxes right away. After waiting even longer, having received nothing AND getting the same email over and over I finally called in again and demanded to speak to a Manager. She told me:
"Our system no longer lets me split up your order like that and there's nothing I can do even though we now have 5 boxes in stock." I had to suggest to her that she cancel my original order, split it into two orders for 4 boxes each so that the first would ship and the second could wait as long as necessary. She replied: "oh, that will work." Yeah, thanks.
She promised me the first order would ship FedEx 2-day air so it would arrive as soon as possible... But instead of processing expedited shipping the SECOND order got processed first, which meant it shipped standard shipping. Apparently, the Supplier sent in the other 3 boxes shortly thereafter because almost a week later the FIRST order finally shipped and both orders arrived within a day of each other.
I have been a loyal customer of Lens.com for years now. The complete lack of empathy with which I was treated, and then the subsequent excuses and failing to deliver lost you a customer. I will also be sharing this story with as many people as I can and on social media, because I received zero follow-up or apology; instead every Rep tried to blame "the computer system" or "the supplier" despite there being stock on-hand. Disgusting way to treat repeat business.
