Ordering was easy. They ship packages with different companies, some packages need more time to arrive then others (especially for Europe), but they all got there sooner or later and tracking was provided for all of them.

The only thing I am missing is a bit more description details of the products on a site, like what type of material is used (e.g. cotton, ...) and other maintenance details (like can they be washed, dried or ironed). Not that I had any problems with that. All clothes were nicely washable, all figures are still o.k. after several washing and they did not shrink, fade or anything. "
