"Hello. Recently I purchased a sweet bike jersey from this company and unfortunately had an issue with it due to a flaw in the fabric. I wrote an email to the company and wondered if I would get a reply or how long it would take to receive a reply. In less than 24 hours I received a very polite and apologetic letter from Coruncanius who works in customer service. He was very thorough in offering all options for returning my purchase. His letter was so well written and it was very easy to follow his directions. He assured me that I was eligible for a full refund and that it would be refunded within a few business days. I was very pleasantly surprised when the refund was sent through Pay pal very quickly. Everything Coruncanius said would happen , did happen.
Although my purchase did not work this time, due to the excellent customer service experience offered by Coruncanius I will certainly try ordering something from the company in the future. "

"Having had an issue with a delivered item I messaged Customer Service and was shortly contacted by Rui Machado who advised that he would address the issue and get back to me, which he did and asked further questions about the issue and requested photographs to clearly identify the issue. This was done and Rui advised that he would go back to the supplier for resolution. He advised that it would need a few days to get and answer which we considered was very reasonable. Rui came back with an offer of replacement, Rewards or Refund, we decided on the refund and was advised that this would be issued to my PayPal account in 1 to 3 business days. This happened correctly, thank you.
The communications from Rui were clear and the actions were great at all time.
