I contacted customer service and Coruncanius took on my complaint and has sent me new one as a result. When I ordered the coat It was a bit tight on me, so I told him and he even upgraded the size by one for me. "Ik had twee items uit de shop besteld: kerstkrans ( blauw ) en kerstloper met 2 sets ( 4 stuks ) placemat’s van het zelfde.
Beide waren verloren geraak of gestolen bij het distributie centrum.
Ik wilde toch persé deze items hebben omdat die al betaald waren en geen vergoeding ervoor.
Verkoper Pablo heeft letterlijk vanaf 30 november alles op alles gezet/gedaan om alsnog mijn deze bestelde artikelen te laten krijgen/ontvangen. Vele mails hierover en allemaal beleefde mails betreft geduld ( beide kanten ) en eindelijk heeft Pablo ( verkoper ) het voor elkaar gekregen en deze zijn afgelopen week binnen gekomen. Mijn kerst kan dit jaar niet meer stuk
