"I had an Oder for Christmas.. the first problem, apparently was because I screwed up… I thought I was ordering one T-shirt, and 11 of them arrived! It cost me $37 to return them, so not especially happy with their return policy… The other part of the order, arrived, and it was very poorly made… I reached out to customer service AGAIN, and Felix, totally understood what I was talking about, and responded, timely, and very appropriately. I’ll tell them. I didn’t even care if I got a refund I just wanted them to know that the quality of the people doing the work was not outstanding… The only reason that I will come back to the site and look again is because of the outstanding and efficient customer service.

"i ordered a xmas jacket from the online web source. Having been warned that it would take a bit to get here, I patiently awaited the arrival as i was looking forward to wearing the jacket to some of the remaining xmas functions left in the year. When it got here, I opened up the package only to be disappointed by the fact that it did not match what i had ordered. I contacted your company stating the problem and wanted to return it. Cornucasius handled the return asking for pictures and what the problem was. I sent him a screenshot of the jacket on the website and the photos of what I received. He responded quickly stating that he would see what he could do. The next day, he responded that the jacket sent did not match the website and stated he would contact the supplier of this to let them know but surprisingly, he said your company would refund the cost and shipping of the jacket but told me to keep it, as to return it was not worth it. I was very pleased with his prompt response and the great customer service. He is a credit to your company and should be noted about his work and attitude. "

"I ordered a beautiful bolero that I wanted to wear for New Year’s Eve, but unfortunately I ordered it in wrong size. I contacted Light in the Box and I got very good and kind help from coworker named Coruncanius. In my language. I got two good advices, either to change the bolero to a smaller size or to keep it and get half of the price back.
I wanted to change it and just a few days after my return I got contacted by DHL with my order in a smaller size. I so happy!
