"Simply horrible customer service and an even worse return policy. It will cost me $28 to ship back to China. And they refuse to pay for the shipping costs. Pathetic. Why should I pay for the mistake on their website? The website states that the Hoodie is U.S. men's large is 42-44. This is more a medium. No way is this an American man, size 42. Also, the position for the zipper is on the left size. This means it is a female hoodie and not a man's. Men have the zipper on the right side, not left

Delivery went fine, not too speedy, but thats to be excpected of the season.
Unfortunatly my new shoes was to big, and I thought I'd lost my money. I checked the website for return policy, and didnt have high expectations.
To my great surprise, the customerservice was absolutly excellent, and after some quick correspondense, we came to a fair agreement, and I was refunded immediatly!
Could'nt been more satisfied with my customerservice agent , mr Coruncanius.
