"The quality of the material is good, but the mattress is too soft. When I spoke to customer service they recommended the softer one for me. I called customer service again once I had slept on it for a month and was skeptical and they talked me out of switching it out for a more firm one (which would have been at no cost to me) saying that the firm one was too firm.

2 years later and I have such bad back pain in the morning I can’t even bend over for at least 30 minutes when I wake up... and I’m 27

Just wish customer service would have not pressured me to not switch it out. It was a big investment and selling a used mattress is not easy.

"I have been in the market for sometime to find an organic bed... there are so many options with standard non organic... toxic fume beds... which are by the way very expensive.

I searched for the best organic beds .. I read and studied all the organic brands... and there is just something in the way your company explains about the out gassing, and how your beds are gassed out before they ship out... not compressed ..for shipping .. only to out gas once they get in one's home.

I don't know why more people are not concerned with non organic... out gassing materials....

I guess I might be sensitive to those chemicals because when i sleep in those ultra memory foam high end beds... they smell.... and keep me awake because i get a huge head ache....

I don't think we should sleep all night in a haze of chemical fog... I for one would be better off sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag...so my air is not compromised by the chemicals that out gas from these beds.

I believe those chemicals might also be responsible for interrupting hormones, and hurting the reproductive system in women.

I for one want to do every thing i can to keep my body healthy...and happy... so with this long story... I must say .... I cannot wait for my new bed! it's a long time coming! i have waited to buy for ten years.... so hopefully..... i made the right choice.... I believe I did
