"Our mattress was just delivered today. So far the experience has been great, from reviewing the options, to making the purchase, to coordinating the delivery, and taking receipt of the mattress. Within a day of ordering I was both emailed and called regarding the order to make sure everything was accurate and that there were no concerns. They even gave a military discount after the purchase and provided a refund that was already processed by the time I was off the phone! I received regular emails regarding the status of my order and was contacted by automated messaging and a delivery individual regarding coordination of the delivery date/time. A 4-hour window as provided for delivery and I received a call when the truck was 20 minutes out. The delivery took place exactly 2 hours into the 4-hour window and the delivery was quick and painless. I'll update the review once we've had the opportunity to sleep on the mattress for a few weeks. So far we are Loom and Leaf fans!"

I purchased a firm mattress for my husband and me. We both have minor back pains and saw instant improvement in the quality and also the quantity of our sleep.

"We've been considering a memory foam bed (new to us) and narrowed the choice to TempurPedic and Loom & Leaf. We "test-drove" several different TP mattresses at a local store to get the feel for them. The TP mattresses felt fine; the salesmen were helpful and not very aggressive; and the prices -- well, you know. Did some further online research on L&L mattresses and were impressed with the enthusiastic endorsements of nearly all their customers and the much more reasonable prices.
I compiled a list of detailed questions to satisfy ourselves that we weren't rushing into something that we might soon regret. An L&L customer service rep named Lynn began chatting online with me. (She offered to have the discussion over the phone. However, in view of the volume of the questions, I decided it would be easier for both of us have the discussion online.)
Lynn spent an hour and a half (!!) on our chat, patiently resolving some misunderstandings of terminology and providing thorough, detailed responses to our questions. By the end of our discussion, the decision had been made. I called L&L again to get more clarity on a couple of open points, then placed the order. I had intended to do the order online, but this rep offered to walk me through it on the phone. Within 15 minutes, the order was finished.
I can't remember the last time I encountered such superb customer service. Will post again after we've got the new mattress broken in.
