"I love that I can get an immediate response via chat as soon as I visit the website. I don't love that they can't answer when my mattress will come other than to say "9-18" days. I don't love that there's no way to expedite delivery. I don't love that when they call to confirm three days later that the person on the phone still only knows "9-18 days."
