"Because of my back I can only sleep on my side and bought this mattress thinking it was a great option for side sleepers after reading all the reviews.
After two weeks I called customer service to say I wanted to return the mattress because of shoulder pain. The mattress just isn't soft enough to sleep on your side.
I had read similar feedback from reviewers but apparently they all got actual help from customer service who sent them a mattress topper which supposedly solved their problems.
I received no such help.
Although I expressed my discomfort and said I wanted to return the mattress, the person convinced me to try it longer without offering me what was apparently offered to other reviewers.
I am now stuck with a mattress that just doesn't work for me (you could argue I could have called again, but I do have a life and a body does get used to something even if it's not great).
I understand why buying in a store makes sense because even though you "can" return a mattress online what kind of hassle is that?"

"Follow-up call was a bit unorthodox...I received a voicemail from an agent and had to listen a few times before I figured out what the message was regarding. It sounded as though the agent was standing outside in the wind while talking. Based on what I could understand of the message, it sounded as they he was looking for some kind of confirmation on the dimensions, etc. When I call back the number, it always rolls to a voicemail box without a greeting. At any rate, looking forward to receiving my mattress, I've heard great things about Loom & Leaf!"
