"Great experience throughout the entire process. Great communication from time of purchase, phone call to explain the delivery process and handle any questions followed by an email. Another phone call to choose a delivery date and time. Delivery drivers called with timeframe (4 hour window) and confirmation. Called again an hour out and easily in the 4 hour window. They were in and out in under 5 minutes. My wife wasn't convinced that buying a mattress online was a great choice but she hates mattress shopping so she gave in. We were both pleasantly surprised. The quality of the mattress is beautiful (very low odor)and somehow the description of the comfort level was spot on with my expectations ( hopes). Highly recommend. Mattress is one week old so time will time with durability and other time related issues. But so far it has been a great experience.
