"Horrible experience. I would rather buy from a local store to avoid the hassle of taking delivery of wrong mattress+foundation combination. It takes a significant amount of time to re-arrange a bedroom to take delivery of new mattress. When you talk to someone on the phone, the first response is "we delivered the correct size, go figure it out yourself - measure the extra inch and so on. What a hassle. Then if you request a correct replacement - it takes 9-18 days for delivery - what do you expect your customers to do? Set up the bed room again and then remove everything again every 2 weeks! Do not buy - no matter how comfortable the mattress is, its not worth the hassle! On the top, no delivery on weekends !"

"After many months of research on memory foam mattresses, I determined that Loom and Leaf would be the best value. I have numerous issues with sleep - some physical and some not. I'm looking forward to better sounder sleep with this mattress. Delivery and setup is a huge plus for me and I don't mind paying the extra money for white glove service. I have been impressed with the customer service that followed up to ensure the order was accurate and they had white glove service the entire experience, including their 3rd party that delivered the mattress. I work in service and having a 3rd party accurately and consistently represent your brand as employees would is difficult; they have found a way to ensure their delivery partner represents the Loom & Leaf brand. We have two nights with the mattress and we are highly satisfied thus far. Woke up pain free and well rested both nights. "In the wee hours of a Tuesday morning, we'd ordered a Saatva spring mattress from saatva mattress.com, not realizing the company makes memory foam mattresses as well. The next morning, we stumbled upon their sister site, saatva.com, and discovered their memory foam line, as well! (I wish there were some reference to either site from the other, by the way... oh well. Maybe there is, but I didn't see it, lol.). Anyway, immediately the next morning, I called them, intentionally before the order had time to process, to inform them of our desire for a memory foam mattress, instead. The lady told us to take our time and go try out a memory foam mattress somewhere—to make sure that it was to our liking, if we'd never felt one before. They gave us comparables to test in other brand names. Well, long story short, after taking her advice, we are now proudly awaiting the delivery of our new Loom & Leaf mattress! "Although I was less than pleased with the delivery service, (see below), the quality of the product is superb. My son played rugby in high school and damaged his back so badly he required back surgery 3 years ago. Not great for a 20 year old. I have purchased various mattresses for him as well as spending $$$ on physiotherapy. Nothing seemed to help. I discovered Loom&Leaf site a few weeks ago, and decided, based simply on the reviews, to order this mattress. I chose the firm mattress.

I would not be able to sleep on this - way too hard. But my son has had 5 nights on this bed, and is smiling in the morning! The only down side is getting him out of bed.

My 5 star rating is for the product. I would suggest Loom&Leaf find a more reliable delivery service in Canada.



In home delivery & set up: $49.00

My mattress set (including mattress, box spring, and frame) was delivered today within the 4 hour delivery schedule. it is too early to give feedback on the quality.

My feedback on service is that the CSR I spoke to (also noted on my invoice) was that the delivery included set up. The delivery people stated this was not on their work order. They did carry the various pieces to the bedroom and on my request, removed the packing material.

Setting up this bed is not an easy task as this is a very heavy mattress (I'm not complaining about that) but I wasn't strong enough to do it myself to had to call on friends to give me a hand.
