"Things that I loved about Loom and Leaf:
1. Two options for firmness (a typically firm mattress and an extra firm for those that need it).

2. Mattress does not come in a box but as far as I can tell is the only company following that business model without the box part. You pay a little extra for delivery but you are getting a quality mattress. And you know you are because it doesn't come in a box.

4. Might sound odd, but no stupid coupon codes! I love this. I hate when I buy a product and then find out a day later I could have saved $100 with a silly code. Loom and Leaf skips all this nonsense. They have no coupon codes and instead offer the mattress at the lowest price possible so you know you are getting your money's worth. When other companies constantly offer coupon codes you know that the true price of the product and thus the quality is way lower.

5. Great customer service, instant feedback from their site while purchasing and they stay in close contact until the mattress arrives. Very transparent."
