"It was easy to place the order and lots of questions were answered by the web site. One item could be better displayed - the height of the frame - which is unkindly buried in a detail link. Even better would be if the site added up the heights of the items ordered for the potential buyer!!! (Free web design consulting). A suggestion how to measure existing mattress height would also be helpful.
Got a call the day after order confirming the basics. It was apparent that the height was frequently an issue since that was the first question asked and confirmed. I had questions about warrantee and expertise of delivery/setup crews and they were answered smoothly and completely. Grade of A so far."

"The start of this goes back at least to the beginning of September of 2014. It was at that time the the mattress I had was no longer cutting it. After looking at several places, I settled on a store that I (wrongly) felt had a good reputation, and selected a mattress. It was made-to-order, and was great, for a few months. Of course the warranty that came with it was a pro-rated warranty with several conditions, but I went forward anyway. Fast -forward two years and the mattress is no longer viable. It had completely collapsed where I slept and the rest was following suit very quickly. Along with that, when I pulled a small thread sticking out the side, it kept coming until the top of the mattress separated from the rest! I could not sleep on it and did not find myself wiling to give that company another cent.
I researched for several months before settling on loom and leaf, and upon delivery I am very glad I did. My back pain was gone after the first night, and I figured out that I needed better pillows as well which took care of my neck pain. I get little things here and there, but am still in adjustment for the new mattress so not worried at all. Worst case I have plenty of time left in the trial period. Am also impressed with their metal frame; gives great support and is very simple. Their customer service department is superb as well.
The chat feature on the site is great for any questions and answers are consistent across representatives. After placing the order I received a call to confirm the order itself, and found the representatives very pleasant and helpful. This continued even to the delivery company representatives and the two gentlemen who delivered and set up my new bed. They were friendly, efficient, and very respectful.
I did not think this level of service existed anymore. Bravo!"
