I didn't have any concerns or changes to add to my order and although he left a contact number I didn't feel the need to call him back. Much to my surprise I received another call from Adam, later that same day, confirming the first message and checking to see if I had any questions. He was very pleasant and seemed more than willing to help with any concerns I may have had. So far so good...I'm very impressed with the follow through and concern from customer service!"

"I purchased a king relaxed firm mattress. Ordering online was simple and straight forward. There were no hidden costs for anything. The company followed up immediately to make sure all went well with my order. They were professional and very friendly. Delivery was much sooner than expected, which was great.

The mattress is much better quality (and much less expensive) than any other one I've had, including a Tempurpedic. It is firm, but not too much, and just conforms to the body. I am usually a hot sleeper, but I slept on the new mattress comfortably without being too hot. I never had to stick my feet out of the covers or take the covers completely off in order to cool down. It was FANTASTIC!

Prior to purchase we talked with the L & L online staff and tried to determine which "in store brand name" mattresses were most comparable to the Loom & Leaf options. With that information, we tested the in store products to determine which option would best suit our needs for firmness. Unfortunately the "comparables" were far different than the actual L & L product. The Relaxed Firm is far too soft for us. We will be exchanging for the Firm mattress. Based on our experience to this point I expect nothing but continued exceptional customer service."
