"The ordering process is very simple and easy. The communication from Loom and Leaf during that process is good; confirmation and manufacture complete date. After that the customer service drops off dramatically.
Every weekday an email is sent with instructions to call the third party shipper. The third party shipper says that the email is computer generated and they will call with a delivery date.
On Friday (day 15 of the 9-18 day delivery promise) a call to Loom and Leaf results in no action. The Loom and Leaf representative says that the shipper still has 3 days and they work during the weekend.
On Monday (day 18) another call to Loom and Leaf results in a call back stating the shipper has left me a message (not true). Later that day a call from the shipper with a delivery date 4 days away.
Best case scenario the mattress will be delivered on day 22. I am very disappointed. Loom and Leaf is happy to market the efficiency of its business model but so far it does not meet the commitments stated. I hope their quality claims are accurate."
