"The website did not reflect my selection of choices that I placed in the Shopping cart. Therefore, a wrong order got processed due to a glitch in the system. When I called the company to address this, they didn’t wanna recognize this and still I got charged."
"When I realized I had inadvertently entered my home address instead of the recipient after hitting "submit" I was in a panic. Because it was a Saturday I could only submit an email and hope someone would read it before the order was shipped. I received a response early Monday morning, stating they put a hold on the order and asking for the correct address. The order was shipped and ant the recpient received it right on schedule. I also received frequent updates about the status of the shipment which was greatly appreciated. I was able to contact the recipient to let them know their gift was on it's way within two hours of delivery. They absolutely loved it and sent a picture. It was exactly as pictured on the website. This was my first purchase from Lula's but will not be my last. "
