"I accidentally shipped the gift to myself instead of the intended recipient. Glaringly, my own mistake - yet they took the effort to ship a new plant to the intended recipient and only charged me for shipping. They went above and beyond. Most places these days would simply say "too bad" and make me order a whole new gift. I appreciate their excellent customer service.
