How disappointing to find out that a week after I got delivery confirmation, she still has not received it. I paid $15.95 so that the mini succulent garden could be delivered to the dock? I had expected it to at least be walked in to the reception desk on the ground floor, not dropped off where this small package could get lost?/crushed?/thrown out? And since I have delivery confirmation, I know there's nothing that can be done on your end. Not at all satisfied."
