I reached out to customer service and they replied immediately apologizing for the inconvenience caused and sent out a new Money Tree immediately a few days later. The second one arrived beautifully and in perfect condition. Thank you for such a positive and quick response."

"Loved the concept of the portion going towards supplying water for 6 months. I just thought the plant was a little small for the cost I paid! My friend loved it, but I was slightly embarrassed as to the size. I should have paid closer attention to the specifications.. cost of delivery was a little high, but delivery was timely!"
"It arrived fairly quickly; however when my grandpa opened the box he came to see the plant was wilted and dying and the leaves had begun to turn brown.. 3 days later it’s completely dead has black leaves and its flowers are covered with bruises.
