"I never leave reviews but paid for overnight shipping on 8/15 and still haven't received it. It is supposed to come today; however, UPS tracking showed it was scheduled for the 16th all day as well. The company will not contact me back. Very disappointing. I paid $30 for the item to arrive before a funeral and it did not. "
"The plant came in a secure box with thick bubble wrap but that didn't matter because the actual plant was falling apart when I opened the box. A couple of leaves were detached from the main stalk and the entire plant was detached from the root. I bought this as a Thank you gift for a mentor of mine and it was my first instinct to check and make sure it was in good condition. Thankfully I did. Otherwise, I would've gifted such a shameful gift. I had high expectations. Unfortunately, they didn't deliver. I will not be purchasing from this site again. "

"Ordered on a Friday and paid additional for 2-day shipping so it would arrive on Monday. At no time during order process did it indicate a shipping date or that they do not process orders after 2pm on Fridays or over weekends. Found out on Mon that order was taken. Wrote multiple notes to customer service who could care less. Package was finally delivered after 6pm on the Weds and the recipient had already departed that afternoon for extended travel so the plant will now die on their doorstep. In total 6-days after ordering or 3 business days to ship. They wouldn't even refund me the 2 day shipping. Be careful, they are happy to take your money for an overpriced succulent but could care less if you get it."
