The chair arrived exactly as I'd ordered it, with upgraded leather armrests, lumbar support, and extra-large casters for my high pile carpet. "I bought a Herman Miller Aeron chair from Madison Seating. This purchase was made after hours of searching for the best price (about 20% less than the next best alternaitve). The item was listed as reconditioned, but supposedly in new condition. When it arrived just 3 days after my order, it looked to be in new condition. I've had it now for roughly 3 months and it's been perfect."

"I wanted to buy my work desk chair at a reasonable price for my home office. I shopped around online, and found it for a great price at Madison Seating. No color choice, but I decided that for $200, I could live with basic black. The ordering was easy, and I received it in days (It was shipped within 4 days). Its exactly what I wanted, and I saved a bundle. I was very happy. It did come with a small piece of plastic broken from the underside of the arm-rest, but this clearly happened during shipping as the piece was in the box. The guarantee would have covered it, but I decided that I would not bother -- its invisible. I did contact another similar company about the same chair. They got back to me weeks after I was already sitting in the one from Madison Seating. Too bad for them. I would use Madison Seating again without hesitation."

"I purchased a $780 Herman Miller chair from madison seating and had several issues: 1) they did not ship me all the parts for the Posture Fix and within 30 days had rubbed a hole in the back of the seat, 2) within 45 days a white sand type substance starting coming out of the cylinder. When I reported this to Madison Seating they told me to go to Ebay or Craigslist and buy one. This company is a thief in the night. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH MADISON SEATING UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF."

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a Herman Miller $750.00 Aeron chair that broke in less than 8 months. MadisonSeating replaced the defective chair for $150 round trip shipping! After spending that amount of money I would expect that the defective chair would be replaced without cost to me. The amount of money saved is all lost in shipping costs if you have an issue. Buy from an authorized dealer it would have been well worth it!

"I believe Madison Seating will tell you what you want to hear to get the sale.I spoke to their customer service on a Friday to confirm "in stock" status prior to purchase. I was assured that items were in stock and would ship on Monday. I called again on Monday to confirm and also noticed they would match competitors pricing. I received an email back within an hour stating " We can only match merchandise that is in stock. Sorry but your items are not available at this time"

They were willing to take my money KNOWING they could not ship! I suggest NOT using this company unless you have no concern as to WHEN your merchandise will arrive.

"I rarely rate a seller, but I am making an exception due to the exceptionally horrible experience I had with Madison Seating. Yes, I was lured in by their great prices- DON'T FALL FOR IT! Unless of course you really don't care about when you get your item, whether it has all of the anticipated features, and generally have very low customer service expectations. If all you care about is price, not speed, getting the item you wanted or service, then you should definitely place your order with Madison Seating. I selected and ordered two different styles of Herman Miller chairs from MSs. A couple of days after I received the email confirmation of my order, a representative called me and left a message. When I called back they seemed annoyed by my call and didn't know why I had been called. Then I was told that they called because one of the chairs was out of stock but had been restocked and the order was fine. Then a month went by- tick-tock- I had not been billed but also had not received an email that my items had shipped. I called back and was told that the OTHER chair was now out of stock and would not be restocked. She asked if I still wanted the chair they did have and seemed surprised when I said "yes"- boy that should have been my red flag. I should have RUN to my local retailer and paid full price for the chair I wanted- silly me. My chair arrived 10 days later in fine condition. Once assembled we were adjusting the chair and my husband noticed that the chair was missing one of the adjustment features. Despite the fact that their website boasts that all their Herman Miller chairs are "fully loaded," Madison Seating Customer Service informed me that the "forward tilt" feature is not standard on their clearance chairs. What, do they remove this feature when they put them on clearance? I felt totally duped but it seemed like an even BIGGER waste of money to pay shipping AGAIN and a restocking fee. Now I can either keep this chair which really is not a good deal because it is not what I wanted OR maybe someone on Craig's List will want this chair without the Forward Tilt feature. Just because someone says "Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, you can return it under our 30 day money back guarantee" does not mean you will be satisfied. "

"So HAPPY AND PLEASED is how I would describe my experience with this company and it's personnell. I was first wary about buying online an order of this size without actually seeing the furniture first. I now have no hesitation about placing future orders with Madison Seating. When I first placed my order with Jenny she was so helpful and made me feel quite comfortable with proceeding with my order. All following contacts were with Felicia and she was GREAT! Felicia kept me updated from the time the order was first placed until actual delivery. She made the experience personal and it was like communicating with a friend. Delivery was on time and there were no damages. When I first saw my new bedroom suite I was estatic. The suite is absolutely beautiful and excellent quality. I couldn't be more pleased and happy. I want to commend Madison on their fine personnell and products and I want to personally thank Felicia for making this such a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to future purchases.
