"I am extremely pleased with my system. It arrived a week after I ordered it via standard shipping. Everything is as ordered and in perfect condition. I did call tech suport prior to ordering as I was concerned about the number of reviews addressing failed power supplies. I was on the phone with Steve in about 10 seconds. He was very straightforward in his response. He explained the base power supply is a very inexpensive unit used to be price competitive. He recommended the Antec Earthwatts 500w unit which I ordered. Spend a little extra and get a good power supply! My last computer (from Altex Electronics)had a gradul power supply failure that fried the motherboard, video card and one DIMM!
Also, don't be put off by some of the reviews like the person who was upset because they don't have a phone number. It's on the top left corner of every page on their site and on the "properties" screen of the computer itself!
Or another complaint that the person didn't get an nVidia video card! nVidia makes chipsets, not cards!

"Although I read many reviews praising the prompt response of Magic Micro's customer service department, my experience was less than desirable. I placed an order on 2/18/2011 and asked in two follow up emails that someone contact me prior to beginning the build on my system. I didn't hear anything from them as of 2/23/2011. I proceeded to call their customer service department and promptly cancelled my order. I figured if they didn't take the time to contact me in a prompt manner, how were they going to handle any problems that might come up later. This is just my experience so take it for what you may."

Considering I ordered on a Friday and expressed everything they told me that it would be built and tested over the weekend and shipped monday and I shall get it Tues. They even took the time to ask if I had a preference of shipper Fed-Ex or UPS, Which most companies will not even offer. To date their customer service has been above and beyond. I'm just hoping that I do not get loose parts as some of the other reviews. More to this review after I receive the PC tomorrow and test it thoroughly as I am a hardcore gamer. ; )
I have every confidence so far that I will have top notch parts and my system will run like a champ considering this was an expensive order. (to be continued)

"Magic micro did a very good job putting together the computer. There were some initial isues which MagicMicro tried to resolve. Unfortunately by the time I received the updated computer, my financial situation changed, and I asked to return the computer. Magic micro worked with me and accepted the return. given that a few months had lapsed, there was a restocking fee. considering all the time that had elapsed, It was a fair charge. While I would have liked a full refund, I understand the elapsed time worked against me, and the company could have refused any recompense. When my situation changes, I will definitely go back to magicmocro. "
"My experience with Magic Micro has been very pleasing to say the least. They answer their phone when called, replied quickly via email. Shipping on time and packaged to my satisfaction!! When the product was unpackaged I just made sure that everything was tight and in place (do to shipping). Installed some of my own hardware and now I am installing all my needed software. "I ordered one of their systems from eBay back in July and the motherboard went out December. I shipped my system from WA and they received it for repair on December 14; they then told me I'd have it back by December 30. Upon calling them today they said my system was JUST sent to their shipping department so I won't receive it for at least another week. That's ridiculous. I appreciate that they shipped it fast, it was reasonably priced and it's Christmas this month, but their process for repairing systems under warranty service is horrible if you're someone that really depends on your computer."
"I purchased two computers from Magic Micro in early 2010. Both ran flawlessly until about ten days ago. The power supply and mother board went out on one of the computers. Nine days ago, I shipped the computer to Magic Micro and received it back in perfectly good working condition today. This means that Magic Micro repaired the computer within two days and quickly returned it to me. I doubt that major computer companies would repair and return a computer so quickly. Working with Leo and technical support is a pleasure. You always get to talk with people from Magic Micro during their normal business hours and Emails are returned very promptly. To me, proof is in the service after the sale and Magic Micro receives an A+ from me."

"I ordered a new custom built computer system just a few weeks ago and it was shipped very quickly. I got the computer and after starting it up, i found out that there were compatability issues with the graphics card i had picked and the chipset i had picked! (not Magic Micro's fault) I called customer service and spoke with a tech support guy named Steve. Steve was awesome. Gave me great advice on what would be a better graphics card and what he like for a chipset and an Operating System Upgrade. They were great about the return, the company was amazing with helping me through my issue. They sent me prepaid return labels, i sent the whole pc back, a week later it came in with all the better upgrades and it is running amazingly. i am very happy with this company and i would highly recommend them. I spent about $1500 total but my pc is top of the line with cooling systems, maxed out ram, graphics, 64 bit os, the whole works, and to buy something like this at a best buy would be well over $2000! Great company, Great customer service, Great computer. They have earned my business. "
"Received what I ordered in good condition. It was boxed up well and nothing damaged. When I opened it I noticed something flopping around. When I opened the case, the video card was loose. It had not been anchored down with a screw. The fan was off, but I was able to reattach it. Luckily, nothing was broken and the machine is up and running. .....Not sure if I would order from MagicMicro again or not"

During last weekend ace storm we experienced several power outages causing our email server to shut down. Because of the server shutdown some of the emails got lost and we were not aware of them until server backup had been restored. Unfortunately it was too late because customer already canceled the order. We always respond to all our messages and emails but sometimes technical problem may case disruptions in electronic communications. Emails are great way to communicate but because emails can be lost, blocked by SPAM filter or accidentally deleted we ask our customer to follow up with a phone call if they do not receive an answer to email within 24hr.
