"I placed my order three weeks ago and still haven’t received a shipping notice. I called two weeks ago and was told they were waiting on one of the parts from the manufacturer. So if you are going to place an order I suggest you call to see if it’s in stock, and don’t count on any communication from them if it’s not. Or just find another place to get your parts. It’s a shame, the website is decent. "

"Part ordered on-line but needed me to call in next day which I did. Pretty friendly guy who sounded like he knew his stuff said everything was set to go . After waiting two weeks went back to site and found I could check my order status. Really no information regarding order status simply saying order downloaded. Might be a great place if you aren't the one in a thousand that fell through the cracks."

We moved our warehouses from VA to CO and started using a completely new software in May. This created more surprises than we expected and email communications and updates weren't sent out like they were supposed to. Also, shipping was delayed as we had to wait for items to be received and stocked in our new warehouse. We're operating smoothly now and we're sorry for this inconvenience.
