"You guys had what I needed, and I was happy to shop thru your website. Unfortunately after several times attempting to finish the transaction in your checkout page, I simply gave up. Then I noted an email alert that I'd gotten from you, stating that you had my cart items saved and checking to see if I'd forgot to finish my order. I followed the link provided and have now finally completed my order. You guys have a great selection of replacement parts, but it just seemed like a bit of a headache to order online unfortunately.
