"Ordered a compressor pump, It arrived broken. They informed me I had to pay to send the broken pump back, without them covering the shipment, before they would send me another functional pump. I told them they would pay for the shipment, or else I was paying more than their original agreed upon price. Great gig, send out broken parts, then demand consumer to pay more or not get what they originally agreed on. This drug out for two months, and still dont have a working pump. These guys are nothing more than a phone and order to china place. Take your business to someone with the means to cover a $200 pump. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMS... This is still not resolved two months later"
“Thank you for your comments, certainly. First, we take them seriously. Second, I'm very sorry to hear of your experience and the trouble. As a policy, we do try and the manufacturer ship a new replacement pump if the initial pump arrives damaged. If they won't cover it, we'll file a claim with FedEx to reimburse us and when completed, we reimburse you, the customer, or ship a replacement pump. I find it hard to believe a sales associate would demand you pay for a new pump outright if it simply arrives damaged. We will look into this and correct our procedures if necessary.
Also, we are NOT a scam business. We are a very reputable, family-owned business that has great standing in the air compressor parts industry. We've been at this for 20+ years, so we wouldn't be around any longer if we were engaged in "spam" behavior. Thank you.”

“Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate it. We're only currently offering FedEx shipping as we're moving our warehouses at the moment and have temporarily suspended USPS shipping. We will be offering cheaper First Class Mail shipping very shortly, after we get our warehouses moved. As for the price, some parts simply have a high cost depending on the manufacturer, and after our markup (we do have to make some profit off of it, after all) some parts are expensive. However, compared to our competition we think we are very fair in our pricing. Thank you!”
