My small part order costs more for shipping than the part because you only have FedX ($17) as an option when the part easily would fit in a very small us mail box. In addition I clicked on "forgot my password" several times and never got the email promised to update"

At this time, we're only offering FedEx Ground deliver options because we are moving our warehouses, and offering only one shipping method is necessary, temporarily, to make the move as efficient as possible. I'm not sure why you had a difficult time navigating the website, however. Our simple design and very fast page loads make navigating very easy (look at other reviews to confirm this). As for the forgot password email, check your spam folder, as the emails sometimes end up there.”
