We realize that if parts are too expensive, it's simply not worth repairing the equipment, and that defeats the purpose of what we do. We offer very competitive shipping cost(s), and we've recently added First Class Mail as an option for smaller shipments, which comes in at $3 to $5. Some items can only ship by FedEx or truck freight, which is set by the manufacturer. We hope you understand and we appreciate the feedback.”
