“The "7-10 days" is just a general time frame for orders, it's not a hard-and-fast rule. Some orders are shipped out the same day and arrive the next day, some orders have parts that aren't stock items and have to be ordered in, which takes about a week to 10 days. It all depends on inventory, who the manufacturer is and where you are located (as well as the shipping method). Of course, we can't give an exact ETA on the website until we have your details and what you ordered, so to cover ourselves we state (7-10 days). It would be nice if we had Amazon's resources, right? But alas, we're a small business. If we stock the item(s), we can expedite your shipment and absolutely ship it faster than the above mentioned general time frame. Thank you for your feedback!”
