"Very disappointing doing business with Master Tool Repair. I purchased a Pump on 9/18 and the connecting rod began making a noise 12/18. Contacted about getting warrantied and representative did not address my concern at all. He said he could sell me parts to repair if I took it apart. I contacted the company that made pump and they replaced with no problem and I gave them feedback that Master Tool was not a good representative of their product. Would not recommend anyone to do business with them as I was giving false information from the beginning and horrible service afterwards."

Obviously there was confusion, and that is unacceptable, as we pride ourselves in our transparent service and policies. We're a small business that specializes in air compressor parts and service, it's what we've been dedicated to for the past 25 years. We are training new sales associates currently, however, and it sounds like you spoke with more than one associate and received two different answers on pump warranty. Most pumps have a 1 year warranty. While you did have a bad experience and we are regretful of this, this is not our SOP and we have made sure our associates know what the policy is. Again, we are training new sales associates and sometimes the ball is dropped or miscommunication happens, and for that we apologize.”
