"I ordered brushes for my motor. They arrived about a month later. No where on the site did it state that they were out of stock. I was pretty frustrated. I just ordered another part (despite my commitment to never use this site again). I sure hope I don't regret this. Oh, please consider providing automatic updates about shipping. It is quite a pain to log into the site and determine the shipping status. This is the only site that I have encountered that does not provide that service.

Oh, one more thing, the survey could not be submitted without entering an invoice number. This too should be automatic. Web developers need to up their game."

"First round of parts I ordered arrived a day early so I could get started on repairing a compressor I got for free. The rebuild kit didn't do the trick although I think my old cylinder and rings were worn anyway so the fresh ones I ordered should help. I ended up finding the problem was my reed plate had a broken reed. Ordering from Master Tool Repair again for the (hopefully) last part I need."
