We have more product knowledge than all of our competition combined, and we're a small family business who have put thousands of hours of our lives into our business and website. We started repairing power tools in our garage for our local contractors, building a strong reputation and strong relationships with our customers, then graduated to the online world of eCommerce when simply repairing tools wasn't a viable income generator (change is the only constant, right?). ”

Now, I have to wait one more week, before a complete tube kit arrive.

"Sales Terms of 7-10 days to process and ship an order are quite S L O W. Not very likely to return as a customer, especially when the site doesn't even tell me if the item I need is in stock. To be fair, this survey was done immediately after order placement. If service level is high, the review will be revised in the follow up."
