"I was completely surprised that I found a complete listing of parts for my Husky compressor. Though it was barely over $200 new (21gal mobile tank) I wasn't looking forward to buying another one. My current one lasted about 8 years before the valves went bad and I noticed the gap around my compression ring. 2 gaskets, compression ring and valve assembly and I think I'll be in "like new" condition. I also really appreciated the notes with a lot of the parts describing extra detail about what the symptom might be if that part was bad. That proved to me Master Repair Tool has a keen eye for detail and is looking for the best ways to serve their customers. "I ordered a motor for my air compressor and everything seemed fine. I was expected to get my motor within 6 business days. Item got lost and it clearly stated that in the tracking details. I contacted them and opened a claim. A month rolls by and still no update from ups or MTR. MTR kept telling me they would update. Well 7 weeks in and I call MTR asking for a replacment or a refund. I couldn't get either due until UPS finished their investigation. I called my CCard copy and told them what was going on. They put the transaction in dispute and on the day I was due a reversal, MTR decides to make good on this transaction. Yeah I got my motor, was the experience great, NO. I went with them due to all the great reviews, but I wish they actually cared about their customers. If they really did, they would have made situation right as soon as UPS said they lost my motor. "

After reviewing the order history, we decided to NOT drop-ship motors from this particular manufacturer, as we've had too many instances of damaged packages and lost packages. Unfortunately, UPS's policy was the reason your replacement motor was held up, as we had to wait for their claim to be completed before shipping the replacement motor to you. Unfortunately, they took their time to complete the claim. Again, we're sorry for the trouble and have modified our policies to mitigate these scenarios from happening again.”
