20% restocking fee wrong part ?

"Worst place I ever place order on line, first show part in stock then was told after a week that part was on back order
had to wait few more weeks for part, The picture on there site that they showed was same as what I had at home
part came in. Way different that I had did not want to wait any longer they said you can return but I would have to pay for shipping
plus re-stocking fee . I said you sent me wrong part they said it was updated. Part I had was 250v - 470f they sent me 400v - 470f
way too much it would damage anything I would plug into generator. no help, bad info , very poor employee, not train in parts they sell.
had too talk too others before giving wrong answers. (BAD,BAD,BAD,) SERVICE!!!

“After reviewing your order and speaking with the sales associates who assisted you, it appears as though the manufacturer superseded the original part you have to a new part#. We're speaking with the manufacturer now to try and fix the issue. If it's their error, we will credit you completely for the restock fee (if charged) and ship the correct part to you at no charge. We don't want to take advantage of you and if there is an error we WILL make it right, guaranteed. Sometimes this happens but when it does, we make it right. "7-10 day shipping is a little long. and showing 7-10 with different pricing on shipment need more details on products such as if its 120v or 12v. Connection size, Diagrams were nice on your site."
