"I have been waiting almost 60 days for a refund on my order from this website. The ordering and delivery of my products was fine, but when I decided against it and sent it back for a return is when my problems with this company started. Extremely poor customer service - no phone number to call - and no explanation as to why it has taken more than 2 months to process my return. They gave me a pre-printed return label to use with the USPS and then when I inquired about where my refund was, they asked if I had a tracking number for the shipment. Uh... no! I used YOUR label. I will never shop with them again because of this extremely poor customer service experience."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This merchant has NO PHONE NUMBER FOR CONCERNS. They outsource ordering, so there is a number to call to order. But this outside company that takes orders has no record of pending orders. Mothernature took my money and then never shipped my item. I emailed 3 weeks after ordering, and two days later got a response that one of the items was out of stock, and so they were holding the whole shipment. I responded that their policy is to ship available items and to please ship mine, or at the least email me and update me on the status of the order. Email response from them was per "automatic email" and did not answer my inquiries. In fact, I got two identical responses from them neither of which addressed my concerns. They finally shipped my purchase, and it was missing items. My original order was placed on March 4th, and it is now April 20th. I have yet to receive my entire order, and according to their website it is still "processing in the warehouse!""

Glass bottle arrived intact from being well protected, even with the dented packaging I often get with my local post office; this shipment not being an exception. I would order from this store again."
