Was unable to contact customer service to determine where the mistake is, so decided to order again, being more careful and making sure that I ordered the DESIRED item, which I DID. Few days later, receive the WRONG ITEM, AGAIN!!! Still unable to contact customer service, neither directly or via e-mail. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE!"

I love the things I got in my order it all got to me fast, but I did not like the Idea that the UPS person left it on my front porch. I left a note asking him to please return after 4 pm as I work and would not be home. I live in a four plex and there is a school right next door to me. This order was important to me and I would have been upset if I came home to find it missing."

"I regularly order contact lens solution and shampoo from Mother Nature via Amazon. Due to the free shipping for orders over $50, their prices are slightly better than any grocery store, and the products are delivered to my door. They have a great selection of natural and organic products, and I intend to keep order from them for the foreseeable future. Because of my regular purchases, I think it would be nice if they offered a subscription option.

With both orders I placed, they failed to include my company's name(which I included in the initial order process) on the shipping label and UPS will NOT deliver.
