I am a single mom and money was tight so for Christmas I bought pratical items and my daughter wanted some nutritional items. I googled and found good prices at mothernature.com, placed my order and the confirmation stated they shipped in 3 days... I NEVER received my order that was placed on December 15th 2010 and it is now Feb. 13th I have tried to contact them NUMEROUS times and over a MONTH ago they said they would refund my account in 3 to five days. The phone number listed on the website is a sham. NO ONE is there to answer your calls, it just directs you to the website and they have quit responding.
I spent over $100 and never received my products OR a refund!!!

This is not a reputable business and should be shut down. Take it from me, they stole my money!!!"

I am unable to cancel the order because it is already in the warehouse and when you call them on the phone it refers you to the web-site for any questions.
