"Package arrived on time and in good shape thanks to the cold gel pack wrapped around the bottle. The yogurt starter did a very good job in thickening the goat milk. Quite tangy flavor which would indicate (in my amateur opinion anyway) that there may be some other bugs in the culture besides S. Thermophilus and L. Bulgaricus. To be fair, there are other reasons why it could be so sour besides this starter culture.
For the health reasons, I like the fact that this product lets me make a really good simple clean yogurt. I don't want 5 or more cultures in the yogurt. If you research Bulgarian yogurt health benefits you'll see why.
Overall, this is a very good buy and I recommend it."

"My experience with this company has been ridiculous. I checked this site before ordering, and figured that there were enough good order reviews to outweigh the bad ones. I was absolutely wrong. My order was poorly packaged and damaged. The company has no way to contact them by phone in order to report such problems. I tried to report it online, via the online "Report a Problem" option, but this portion of the website continuously runs incredibly slow. Additionally, their policy states that you can only receive 50% of your original order price back. DO NOT order from this company; order directly from the retailer. Save yourself the hassle! "
