"Order was placed on Friday morning, and next Tuesday order status online still was showing "Pending verification". I called them and was informed that it will be shipped that day. An hour later I received tracking number. I wish they would call me on Monday if there was any issues with verification. Maybe I am too impatient :D. Packing could be better - they put a fairly small box with electronic item in the padded UPS envelope that wasn't padded well at all. I'd prefer it to be put in the other box. Phone calls are answered promptly. I am completely satisfied with the item I bought. Overall they get 4 out of 5."

"I bought an mp3 player with these swindlers about this time last year. I live in Ireland. I bought a flash card which was not compatable with the player(they had not told me). I sent it all back and got it returned within 2 weeks. The card did still not work until i tried a different one which worked, the player had a broken button so i sent the incompatable card along with the broken mp3 player back. They claim to have 'lost' it. I regestered the package, they moved address i think, i e-mailed dozens of times sending confirmation that the package arrived at their address to no response. So all in all this company has the worst return service and they do not respond. All i wanted was a refund of about $280. They have not e-mailed back and their website support service is terrible as i have had no reply there either! Now i am a very disillusioned buyer of electronics over the internet after this unfortunate encounter, which cost me $280!! "Replacement battery for Canon NP-E3 was defective. Case was scratched. Battery would not fit properly in the camera. Paid for second day air shipping for a battery that doesn't work properly -- and they admitted when I called them that they knew there were defective ones. Had to pay for return shipping. Can't use what doesn't work and they did not offer to refund all shipping charges which they should at the very least have done. Being aware that they had quality control issues this should have been inspected before being shipped. (Shipping was fast, packing was good but there was no invoice in the bag.) I can only recommend them with caution.
On 6/6/05, 23 days after my original order, the replacement arrived. Customer service was disorganized, rude and less than attentive with numerous excuses for failing to handle what should have been a simple return. This company has a lot of growing pains and disorganized.
6/8/05 Mr. Dawson's loose with the truth. The post office attempted delivery of the return on 5/21/05 and delivered it on 5/23/05. The replacement was shipped on 6/3/05 per the meter stamp and received 6/6/05. Mr. Dawson chooses to do business on E-bay and elsewhere and can't use that as an excuse. He has trouble admitting that his company blew it. In fact, he admits below that didn't promptly ship the replacement (particularly after the purported delay) and further admits knowing there are a number of defective units. In addition, as the seller he is in fact responsible for the defective merchandise he sells. And yes, I followed his return policy by calling immediately and getting authorization to return it. (However, under the law, no authorization is needed from anyone when the seller breaches the implied warranty of merchantability.) E-mails? Try this: He E-mails and tells me to send the battery back *AFTER* there is confirmation from the post office that it was delivered:

"Sent me a defective battery. I contacted them through their site and email, and was told to issue an RMA through their site. (Which is very hard to use to initate) After I submitted the RMA I received a response from one of my previous emails stating that they can replace it, and that my RMA should be approved soon. More than a week later, it is still pending approval. I guess I've been spoiled by newegg and B&H, but this is the worst service I've ever seen. (I've RMA'd tons of things through newegg) I'd suggest you spend a dollar or two more, and go with somewhere reputable.
Edit: I have received no RMA number nor email. I have now checked the website and it has indeed been approved, but no email was issued. We'll see what happens when I spend $5's to ship back the $8 battery I bought.. "
"This was my first purchase from this store. I purchased a C201A USB 2.0 Compact Flash memory card reader for $3.98. I orderd it on Sunday 4/24/05, it was shipped to California on 4/25/05 and arrived on 4/28/05 using USPS ground. The device works like a charm and reads all of my memory cards whereas the more expensive eFilm USB 2.0 reader I already had was not able to read one particular Lexar 1GB card. The reader came with a mini CD containing a variety of drivers but with no explanation whatsoever, however a driver is not required with Win'XP. I did find that the reader would only work when plugged directly into the USB port but not when the cable was used - not a problem. Overall my experience was excellent in all respects."

I had to call them to see what was going on and they said that one of the items was back ordered and they didn't know when it was due.
