Needing a part urgently I was on the phone with them to schedule a Saturday Delivery when I submitted my order and in 8 mins I received an email from UPS with my tracking number! "I live in the UK, so most of my orders have been made here. MyDigitalDiscount have taken orders and delivered items to me *QUICKER* than I could have ordered in the UK. Not once, but time after time. If you're in the UK or Europe, they are well worth taking into consideration.

I've dealt with their customer services on several occasions, by email, and once by phone. Although I waited 24 hours on an email on one occasion, I always received prompt and courteous replies, and my phone call was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Oh - and they also bent over backwards to to help me when I had to ring up to confirm my card details.

The cool thing with MyDD (my colleagues and I use them so much, that's the acronym we use) is it's great value to start off with (I know a good number of American colleagues who use them), but it's just ridiculously cheap if you're buying abroad because of the exchang rate - definitely in the UK.

Oh - another thing that's excellent - they have an Amazon-like order tracking page that tells you what's happening with your order. They also remember addresses for delivery, they can store your credit card (on request) - it's the kind of service you'd expect from much larger ecommerce sites.

I very rarely say 'this is a good site' to my colleagues, I normally just say 'I've used these guys... they were ok for me'. MyDigitalDiscount is one of the few companies I actually DO recommend."

No acknowledgement that my order was processed or even received. No way to check on a status of my order. The phone is constantly busy (even after hours). One time somebody picked up the phone, put me on hold for 20 min., and then disconnected.
No reply to repeated Internet inquiries (they assign "Customer Care #" to your request, but never bother to answer it. Some care!).

This is the first and last time I'm doing business with this company.

P.S. The item has arrived in 3 days. No invoice inside, poor packaging. The merchandize looks undamaged.
