After one week waiting I tried over and over to reach their "customer service" (number is above) to figure out what's the status of my order. Would you believe what was their FIRST (I mean it, no Hi-Hello) phrase? - "What the f*ck do you want?” I said I want to know your name. "Charlie" - he said and hung up on me. I immediately canceled the order by email and leaving voice message ("normally" they don't pick up the phone).

Their web site says: "Emails are responded to within 1 business hour. Guaranteed." - Pure lie! I've not received anything excluding automatic order placing info at the beginning.

The order was #113396 (12/4/2006) for Sigma EF-500 DG ST E-TTL Shoe Mount Flash.

So beware and avoid NWV Direct at all costs, I wasted a week waiting in December - you know what it is...
