8/20/18: I've yet to be disappointed by Newegg and at this rate, I don't foresee disappointment in my future. They give their representatives the tools to satisfy their customer base. After having a less than stellar experience with Coolermaster, I was ecstatic by the service I received from Marcel Montero. I've not even received service of this caliber from Amazon which says a lot. My customer representative's name was Marcel and his understanding of the English was very refreshing and the customer service industry could seriously learn this and although, my hold times was the callback feature trivialized that fact.
Thanks Newegg and Mr. Montero for a awesome customer service experience.
8/23/2018: Edit: So FedEx damaged my package in transit. They didn’t even deliver it because it was obviously their fault.
So I call up NewEgg and since FedEx already made a claim, they can’t Advanced RMA it. NewEgg may have great customer service ended up disappointed because our if everything they got right, this was not it. I recommend ordering certain must have soon equipment from Amazon.
I’m going to be about 2 weeks without my computer. I am extremely livid. That they can’t send me another one while FedEx sends the other back.
8/24/2018: Edit: So, I called Newegg once more and got the same representative I spoke to yesterday. His name was
Rob Raygoza and I will be doing another review on his services as I have a new Sales Order Number. The issue at hand was not on NewEgg and was actually a FedEx issue. They damaged the product and put in the claim because they KNEW they damaged the product and proceeded to report it. So I can't even rightfully blame Newegg.

Final Edit: So, the Newegg Employees and Manage Team felt really bad about my dilemma and offered to pay for the entirety of my shipping costs. Rob Raygoza, really sympathetic guy, headed the call first and was the one to speak with management about waiving my shipping fee for 1-day shipping, rush processing and Saturday delivery. He instructed me to call back after placing my order to help with the extreme circumstances.
I called back and spoke to Keith Haro, very cool dude. He managed to process my request with ease after reading Mr. Raygoza's notes. Promptly waiving my fees. The problem was I had called to early as the package had not yet been invoiced, so he instructed me to call-back and request him after it had.
So I did and got Al Kalaw, another exemplary employee, he contacted Keith to follow through with the credit processing, to our surprise Keith took the time to double back and do sometime throughout the day. I had just remembered that I forgot to put in the promo on the website, but Mr. Kalaw went ahead and processed it on my behalf.
This was an extremely long ordeal that Newegg's Employee's and Management team saw fit to make better on my behalf, when it wasn't even their fault. Mr. Marcel Montero, Mr. Rob Raygoza, Mr. Keith Haro and Mr. Al Kalaw as well as the Management Leadership have me ready to bawl tears of joy with their awesome work and top-notch customer-service. I truly thank you and can't not fully suggest my appreciation for the work that has been done. You all are the epitome of customer service.
