"Awesome! the gentleman was professional, efficient and was able to react and provide a well-needed solution to my issue. I have been a long-time customer of Newegg and have almost always had seamless experiences, the very few times that things weren't seamless, customer service has ALWAYS provided an agreeable solution. Newegg Rocks! My customer service guy today (helped me out of an account issue - in-accessable email address) deserves a huge pat on the back - great job!"

"I really appreciate the help you gave me with an email problem.
I was receiving up to three emails per hour trying to sell me a USB cable. When I called I had 17 of those email in my inbox.
I called Newegg and luckily I got Hailey Rochin to help me.
She was pleasant, intelligent and quick to come up with a solution of my problem.

Fantastic customer service experience

"It's hard to find good customer service. Not necessarily because of the business, but the individuals who actually help you. Whether they want to solve the problem or keep their call time down. After a bunch of back and forth between credit card company and Newegg, I finally called and got Nicole who single handedly took control and solved the issue. There was a miscommunication between the creditor and the seller and frankly the creditor didn't believe me. Nicole offered to call and get it squared away and did just that. That is customer service perfection. I'm not saying that every agent is a Nicole, but I am saying true customer service comes from the Nicoles of the world. Newegg, you're alright too. "

Excellent Customer Service

"The first customer service agent I spoke with, did nothing but make excuses and give me the run around on an item showing free shipping, but added $2 shipping in the cart. I called back and spoke with Gina Navarro who provided the very best customer service. She was very pleasant and agreed there was a problem. She provided me with egg points to cancel out the shipping charge. Thank you again!"

Rocky Start

"I ordered a UPS to drop ship to one of our crews. I normally buy this particular item on Amazon. This time, however, Amazon did not offer any shipping options. I found the same item on the Newegg site and they were offering 3 day shipping. I had some "looping" type issues inside the shopping cart and could not seem to go forward with the transaction. I called the Newegg customer support line and was connected within a minute or so. I was connected to Joseph L. Huerta. He helped me get navigate my way out of the loop and get my order placed. Thanks Joseph!"

Pro seller and ANTI-Buyer

"The platform is pro-seller and anti-buyer. I had an issue where the seller shipped a completely wrong item. Newegg sided with seller and denied my claim. Thanks Heavens that I had Paypal and my Visa credit card in between and they are still working on the case. The outcome is awaited but overall, Newegg did not own any responsibility and closed the case as such. Despite of me having provided with all relevant pictures (right of the time item was received). I will NEVER EVER buy stuff again from newegg.com. "

"I bought some items on newegg through ebay ( never dealing with ebay ever again) turns out i bought the wrong parts on accident, and i realized this after the 30 day return policy. Newegg experience!

"I have been a Newegg customer since 2002; always with a good experience. Customer service has gone the "extra mile" for me to be a satisfied customer.

I received a SSD and have purchased and used many over the years with no failures. This time I got an SSD that would not initialize. I even tried Achronis True Image. It seemed to initialize but would fail cloning. After it failed to clone it always reported the drive needed to be initialized. Win 7 disk manage could not initialize.

I had disposed of all of the packaging and shipping info. After calling a Newegg customer service agent I receive help in the form of store credit and a return shipping label. I am very happy!

I will continue to be a loyal customer with Newegg because I know they will always take good care of their customers.
