trouble shooting

"could not get a order sent in or any operation of the web to work. Finally found a customer service number and called in, an of course had to have a call back. Greatest thing that could of happened to me was getting a call from a girl named YaYa. She helped look up the product and was as nice and helpful as a true customer service rep should be and I should know being a General Motors Senior salesman . GM spares no money in our training and we are required to stay certified or lose are money and the stores standing. When she told me they could not ship item to my address I though ok here comes the scam and price bump. She put me on hold for a very short time and asked if I had a different place to ship to and I gave here my biz address and all was good. Thank you once again yaya. David Belt"

Order mixup

"I ordered a replacement battery for my wife's Mac Air. It arrived quickly, I installed it. All rainbows & lollipops.
Within a couple of weeks the battery loses ability to hold a charge. I call, RAM issued, I ship with Newegg shipping label, I receive screwdriver in the mail.
I call & explain that I received a screwdriver instead of a battery. RMA issued, I ship with Newegg shipping label, I receive screwdriver in the mail.
I call (actually many calls & emails occur) and FINALLY get Kimberly C. Mendez. And wait for it, she fixes the problem! Why couldn't anyone else do it? (She had the same info available.) Who knows!
I've always had good luck with Newegg in the past so I'll write this one off as an anomaly - but Kimberly gets the gold star here.

"I ordered a Dell 15 inch Laptop for my son to start college and the Laptop was too big to fit on a bag back. I called to try to find something smaller but could not find the right match at the right price. Becky helped me look for the right match and the right price. She exhausted all resources trying to get me the right 13 inch Laptop for a reasonable price. She went out of her way to assist me with the search and when we could not find the match, she assisted me with a full refund on the return. That is understanding and excellent customer service, she was able to listen to my concerns and help me out even though I did not purchase the Laptop from Newegg this time. Great Customer Service

"So i had just ordered my GeForce GTX 1080 TI that I've been wanting forever, got it a day earlier than expected installed it in my computer and it didn't work... so bummed. I called customer service to schedule a return and replacement, she was so helpful and kind in understanding my heart break that she set up and RMA so i could get a new one quickly just in time for my birthday!!!! Definitely changed my mood from bad to good, real happy to see Newegg has great people working for them in customer service she deserves a raise!!!! "

quality check! price check! service check!

"all my dealings with newegg.com have been beyond satisfactory. Their selection, prices, sales and quality have made them the only place i shop for computer hardware. Recently I had a charge made to my account by someone other than myself. it took a few minutes to get thru on their call back service but I did not have to sit on hold, and the issue was resolved on the spot. The service helper could not have been any more helpful nor efficient. It was logged, filed. and removed inside of 30 minutes. and paypal had the money back to my account b4 I was even logged out. I cannot say how pleased i was to have a scary and potentially costly fraudulent charge taken care of so smoothly. Thank you newegg.com for being a great place to shop. I will continue doing business there."
