"Purchased a refurbished LG OLED TV. Arrived perfect no shipment damage, however did not function properly. Called Newegg and they set-up the return. Here's the rub, deducted from the price of the TV was the there was this add-on I recall as an AutoAd. In other words a promo for a cell phone power bank attached to the buying the TV. The power bank came with a rebate of which I did complete. When the TV was setup for return Newegg the power bank was not returned, I was not asked about it but it was deducted the retail value of the power bank in this case $22. Thinking... I'll get the rebate for the power bank later. Wrong all rebates get canceled. So in the end bought a TV on the CC and the time to get the credit back took 10 weeks for the TV and lost out of the $22. The Newegg rep working on this did say sorry about this but that is how it works. My advice to you watch out! It's not about the customers, it's about money for Newegg. "
"I bought an older computer that was refurbished in hopes that it was better than my previous one. Turned out to be extremely slow and way underperformed so I decided to start the return process. I was originally charged an insane restocking fee and delivery for a 10 year old computer which would of resulted in a big loss which I was very disappointed about. I had some issues trying to print my return label so I decided to give them a call (turned out I didn’t wait long enough it was sent eventually). Without even complaining about the fees and having to pay for delivery, the man who served me goes whoa wait a minute we can’t charge you this much and he ended up voiding all the fees and giving me a free return label . I’m still so happy with the service . I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name but he’s awesome. Great guy , even was concerned about my daily life. With those fees I said it’s fine I’ll pay them but i definitely will never be ordering from them again. After this customer service experience I’m not afraid to make another other order and I will be doing so as I build my PC. Great great customer service!

"I buy all my PC gaming hardware at NEWEGG, have for years. Just had an RMA problem with the manufacturer (they kept sending me faulty replacement boards - two of them). I asked NEWEGG if they could solve the on-going problem and they handled it ASAP!!! Fantastic Customer Service at NEWEGG. You can find PC hardware for a bit less at other websites but the money saved won't be worth it when (not if) you run into a problem with manufacturer RMA's, etc.
IMHO NEWEGG has THE BEST return policies and Customer Support in the industry ..."
