"I created a problem when I had an order shipped to the wrong address, 100% my fault. However, when I called NewEgg, they treated the issue as though it were their fault. Through a mixup, one agent re-ordered the item sent to the wrong address and a different agent set up the RMA so that a replacement was sent to the correct address. I had to call several times but in the end, I am going to get my refund for that second order.
Usually my orders get to me without incident, but when I have had to call their customer service, I am always, repeat, always satisfied with the outcome. That's why I buy as much as possible from them. You simply cannot go wrong buying from NewEgg.
With Amazon, and all their myriad resellers, who knows.
