" I was having problems with one of the marketplace vendors. After weeks of trying to return an item for refund. I called Newegg Customer Service and spoke to David.
Between him and his supervisor I was able to receive the RMA number and where to send the item. I waited and waited for my refund. When I did not receive it I called Newegg Customer Service and spoke to Leo. He sent the vendor a notice regarding my refund. Again, I waited. Again, I called Newegg Customer Service and spoke to Drew. He spoke to someone and stated I should receive information regarding my refund. Then he said he would call me the following day to see if I received notice of the refund. Truthfully, I did not think he would call, but he did!! I will be receiving my refund in 3 to 5 days.

They were all extremely polite and professional. Each time I called I would brace myself for a not so nice person. Never happened! "
