My Mistake, Thier Understanding

"I am doing my first build in a few years and I buy an expensive component that is within the specs of my build, but which is incompatible with one of the other components. I would have known this had I Read The Friendly Manual of said other component. Even though the warranty was replacement only, they took it back as a store-credit return less a small restocking fee. They would have been within their rights to tell me to pound sand. They didn't. They will have my custom henceforth."

"Newegg always sells great products. Occasionally, just from the sheer volume, somethings goes wrong. I give them five stars and not four because that's nearly unavoidable at their size. However, they always make it right which I think is the most important part. Every single interaction I've had with their customer support has been fantastic. They are quick, polite, and always solve the issue at hand."

Perfect Support for a Terrible Experience

"I purchased a PowerColor RX 460 4GB model over a year ago, came DOA. I contacted the Manufacturer and got a new card after 5 monthes, it was also DOA, I sent the card back for replacement, that was 7 months ago. Finally got frustrated and called Newegh to see if they could help. Murriel answered, listened, and genuinely cared and helped with the problem. Murriel contacted them on my behalf and seems to have finally got this resolved and made me feel like I was treated like a person for the first time since starting this entire GPU ordeal.

NewEgg beats Amazon hands down

"I started buying from NewEgg back when they were EggHead (if I remember). The customer service has always been the main reason I return. I bought Gigabyte GA-AX370 K5 and have had nothing but compatibility and BIOS problems with it. NewEgg arranged for me to return an incompatible Processor (due to the BIOS version), which allowed me to then purchase another processor that I knew would work the board/F1 BIOS. The processor return policy was 'return for replacement only but Newegg worked with me. I was given store credit but that's fine. As I told the rep, I'll spend it eventually.

A1 customer support!

"I had a purchased new motherboard and I had noticed a slight flaw. After taking the flaw I contacted newegg customer support for the first time.
None the lease a very helpful employee (Hutch.J.Liou) on customer support was able to assist me by doing a replacement for my motherboard. Again, thanks hutch!
This is why I will always recommend newegg to anyone. I don’t even think bestbuy or amazon can compete with Newegg’s customer support.

"I had ordered an item that was supposed to take 8-15 business days to ship. It hadn't left China by day 14, and I was just ready to get my money back. After creating a return I realized it want me to ship an item back that I hadn't received. So I called customer service, and within minutes of the representative getting on the line I had all problems resolved far beyond my expectations. This was my first Newegg experience, and it would have been my last, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They can definitely expect repeat business from me in the future."

Hailey the savior...

"I ordered a key board that had 2 keys not working. I called up got Hailey and she helped me resolve all issues I had. She is the embodiment of what customer service is about. She is light years beyond most of the people in C.S.R's If there is a employee of the month bonus giving out by newegg she is the one that needs to get it. AND Newegg if there isnt one in place! You should make one just for Hailey The Savior.

Hailey you are wonderful at your job and remember! Its people just like me that really need people just like you to stand up to the Corps. People like you are the people that will REALLY make America Great Again.

"I spoke with Marcel M. today about an accidental double order/the process to return the item and he was beyond helpful! He listened to my explanation start to finish and was able to provide a plan for the refund in less than 60 seconds once I gave him the necessary information. Marcel was also a pleasure to talk to and even gave me an idea of how to improve my build in the new case that I ordered! Dealing with a non responsive 3rd party seller on Newegg.

"Placed an order on Newegg thru a 3rd party seller. The item received was defective. Seller (Original Dash Cam) was non responsive to email or phone calls. Had great responses from Customer service representatives but still no resolution. I have been trying to receive either a replacement or refund since mid May 18. My good fortune that today's call was answered by Troy D. a well spoken and informed representative of Newegg who went above and beyond to escalate the problem to the support team. After a brief hold, Troy has issued me a refund. Two months trying to solve this and Troy D did it in 10 minutes. Thanks Troy!"

They work FAST, but they also have GREAT Customer Service!

"I placed an order after a few years of not ordering from them. I updated my addresses on file and thought everything was up to date. Just as I was clicking the submit order button, I noticed that it had an old address that wasn't applicable. I thought if I called Customer Service right away there was NO CHANCE the order was processed yet since shipping estimate was 4-7 days. When I called (20 mins after placing the order), it had already been packed! Wow! Luckily, Dee hooked it up and worked her Customer Service magic and got the address updated so it will ship to me and arrive in time for my trip out of the country. Thanks, Dee, for the great Customer Service and thanks to NewEgg for the competitive pricing and great selection!"
