Customer service is unmatched

"Every now and then I have an issue with a product from newegg.. But it always came down to manufacturer error and newegg always went the extra mile to make sure I got my replacement parts quickly and with as little cost to me as possible, including carrying over my original shipping deal on the new device I decided to replace the broken one with. Every customer service rep has always known a solution that benefits me (the customer) or if they don't know right away, they know ways to find a great solution. "

"I recently purchased the components for my new build, and during billing I had a problem with my bank declining the charge. It was after hours, so the automated messages I received from my bank were not clear about how to verify the transaction. I called NewEgg and was helped by Hailey. She tried to run the order again, but it was declined a second time. The next day, I cleared the transaction through my bank (there is a daily limit on my debit card which was less than the amount of the order), but I had forgotten to bring the contact number Hailey had given me to work. I was planning on calling NewEgg when I got home. Hailey called me about lunch time, and ran the transaction again, and the order went through.

Service on a personal level is rare these days. Thank you Hailey. This is the reason I am a loyal repeat customer of NewEgg.

"I called, explained how my motherboard from 3 weeks ago wouldn’t post, and told her I wanted a replacement. She was way ahead of me. "Less than a week ago my order marked as shipped & delivered, but never actually arrived. Fedex and Newegg conducted their own internal investigations and a police report was also filed. In the meantime, Newegg employee, Toby, was extremely professional and was able to help get a replacement item shipped next day. With most companies, you do not experience this degree of help and satisfaction, with this type of situation. "I'm new to Newegg & am so impressed I'll be using them again! Their customer service is the best. I was able live chat about an issue (thought my bag wasn't delivered, worried it was snatched) & get the process rolling about what to do very quickly through the seller. THEN four hours later, my neighbor comes over with my bag. Not going to go into the details, but I was able to get through to customer service again by requesting a call-back (the timing is accurate) & Earl Lazcano was able to help "undo" what the previous person had done for me. Over and Above, Very good service

"I call for price matching, Keith was courteous and processed the item. I wanted to apply the credit to memory that was on sale and would go off sale before the price match credit arrived. Keith invited me to call him when the price match credit arrived. I did and he processed the memory purchase at the sale price. The memory was the last purchase for a gaming system I'm building for my brother. Keith's effort help move the process along. He cared for a customer. Thanks."

RMA

"Newegg products are great assuming they work. I recently bought an MSI motherboard from them and it came without any of the USB ports working. After waiting an hour on the phone for customer service to answer, I was given an RMA number. Newegg did not pay for return shipping, so on top of the $40 I paid on shipping to recieve a motherboard that does not work, I had to pay another $50 to return it because I needed it urgently. I asked the lady on customer service roughly how long the RMA service would take and she said between 5 and 7 business days after they recieved the product. This is ridiculous considering they sent me a product that NEVER WORKED. "

"I was purchasing a AMD CPU and CoolerMaster fan and my login didn't work. I called the next day to fix the login issue so that I could make the purchase. He not only fixed the login issue but continued to assist me with the purchase. When I mentioned that the CPU was $10 lower yesterday, he honored the price without any haggling.
