"I was in the process of my first pc build and it turned out the processor and the motherboard were not compatable even though all the information said they should be. I had hundreds of dollars wrapped up in this build and had no pc till it was done. I went to return the cpu for another that would work and everything said it was non-refundable even though I was in the 30 day return policy. I set up for NewEgg to call me. After talking to the rep and explaining my situation he went and figured out what to do with me. NewEgg accepted my return and gave me a full inhouse refund which worked perfectly to solve my situation. I cant thank them enough."

Called my bank regarding a possible chargeback but declined to go further since Newegg/Merchant has nothing to do with the missing rebate. "Got notified through an email from Newegg that their rebate processor went out of business and that Newegg would mail my rebate check directly to me. I called and was concerned because only one of two of my rebate requests outstanding was mentioned in the email. The CSR said he could reverse my credit card charge on the second unmentioned rebate in question. Before this credit was processed both rebate checks arrived in the mail and I cashed them. I thought they got me my second rebate check instead of a credit card reversal. The credit card reversal subsequently showed up and I called saying I didn't need the credit because both checks came in the mail. The CSR said just keep the extra credit card reversal as a loyalty bonus. Thanks Newegg...it doesn't get any better than this !!"

"I was looking to purchase and download a keycode for a piece of security software. I had accidentally purchased a key card version. there was a $15 coupon code for the key cards version but for some reason the downloadable could not use that code.
I called customer support and was connected with Darrel H. He was extremely helpful and understood the mistake I made in purchasing the wrong item. Darrel helped me through the entire process. He was even able to get me that same discount on the Digital Download version!

"Newegg is amazing! I was looking at getting a new tablet for digital art, and wanted to upgrade to one with a screen display on the tablet itself. Typically, they run for around $1000, so imagine my joy when I not only found an alternate brand for half the price, but Newegg was even running a flash sale, bringing it down to around $400! Not only that, but while calling to confirm some billing information, the representative I spoke to (Jules Senko) was not only extremely polite, but even knowledgeable enough to have a discussion with me on different brands and models of tablet! As someone who typically dislikes talking on the phone and dealing with customer service, this was a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend, both for products and service!"
