It arrived without 2 of the key cleaning heads promised in the listing. I called the Dyson number provided in the box. The Dyson rep denied all responsibility and referred me to Newegg. Newegg never owned this vac, and never even had possession of it. They have no stock of parts for it. It was simply marketed through their site’s on line storefront. The Newegg rep took on Dyson for me. He too was initially denied, so he offered to refund the purchase and pay the return shipping. But the price I paid was too good. I wanted the deal they advertised. I asked the Dyson rep to try again. Dyson finally did the right thing and sent the missing cleaning heads. Great customer service, Newegg!"

Although I didn't necessarily like some of the answers she remained pleasant and professional explaining why things were the way they were.
