Newegg to the Rescue

"I recently bought a refurb Dyson stock vac through Newegg’s site. All of the documentation both on line and with the package identified Dyson as both the seller and shipper. It arrived without 2 of the key cleaning heads promised in the listing. I called the Dyson number provided in the box. The Dyson rep denied all responsibility and referred me to Newegg. Newegg never owned this vac, and never even had possession of it. They have no stock of parts for it. It was simply marketed through their site’s on line storefront. The Newegg rep took on Dyson for me. He too was initially denied, so he offered to refund the purchase and pay the return shipping. But the price I paid was too good. I wanted the deal they advertised. I asked the Dyson rep to try again. Dyson finally did the right thing and sent the missing cleaning heads. Great customer service, Newegg!"

"I've been battling a rebate problem for weeks (the company Newegg used abruptly went out of business), and Newegg's customer service was finally able to get it all resolved in just a few minutes! She said her name was Hailey or Haley so if you need help and are lucky enough to get her, then I bet your problem will be resolved ASAP."

"I attempted to go through the chat on the website and didn't have much luck because I forgot I was in line so I went straight to the voice call after that. I set up a time for them to call me back and they called me right on the dot. Best Customer Service Experience Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Spoke to Renee R. today. Most of my purchasing is done online. Having experienced many companies customer service reps as well as being in charge of a customer service dept. of my own with a fortune 500 company during my working career, Renee was as good at what she does as any I've ever dealt with. Very diligent getting the best answers she could, even anticipating some of the questions I might have once she returned. Although I didn't necessarily like some of the answers she remained pleasant and professional explaining why things were the way they were. It's employees like Renee that make a great company better and Newegg is lucky to have her. Were I not retired I would have finished this call trying to recruit her for my company. Truly if there were an employee deserving of recognition it's Renee. I could tell this was not a one time thing the way she was to me but rather a standard that she has set for herself that she portrays everyday with every customer."
